1. Are your corals aquacultured or wild-caught?

All our corals at Blue Reef Haven are aquacultured in controlled environments to ensure better health, sustainability, and easier adaptation to your home reef tank.

2. How do you ship the corals safely?

We ship our corals in insulated boxes with heat or cold packs depending on the weather. Each coral is double-bagged and securely packed to arrive healthy and stress-free.

3. What lighting and flow do your corals need?

Each coral has unique requirements. We include care recommendations on each product page, but most zoanthids thrive in moderate light and flow, while acroporas prefer strong lighting and higher water movement.

4. What should I do if my coral arrives damaged?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If your coral arrives damaged or unhealthy, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we’ll make it right.
